B. Calculated Charges & Credits – includes Electric & Natural Gas charges and Prompt Payment Discount calculation. (PASNY Discount also shows for residential customers)
C. Amount Due – shows the total amount due for all services including any past due.
D. Billing Summary – tallies your payment history, showing recent past payments credited and current balance due.
E. Consumption History – shows 13 months of usage history, both electric and natural gas to help you understand your own energy use and see the results of changes in your home.
F. Payment Due Date – typically 10 business days after the bill is printed, payment must be received in full by this date to keep the discount. If not, the discount amount will be added back to this account for the next bill.
G. Payment Stub – return this portion of the bill with your payment – weather in person, by mail or in our pay boxes – in order to promptly credit your account and avoid lost discounts. |
