Apply for a Tax Exemption

Commercial customers who are claiming tax exemption must submit one of the current exemption certificate forms listed below. You may open the form and fill it out, then print the filled form, sign it and mail or deliver the original signed copy to our Administrative office:

ST-12-Exempt Use Certificate (usually for manufacturing businesses)
