Our crews are at work somewhere in a 100 square mile area everyday, weather permitting. Usually they are working within a construction area and not on open roads. But some projects put our crews directly in your path. We can’t report on unpredictable work like storm repair, but we can share our scheduled projects. Here’s the latest information on our work that may affect you.

Please help us stop this damage to the poles. MG&E employees must remove hundreds of staples and nails each year from these important structures. Sharp staples and nail heads are a real safety threat to our crews who handle and climb poles during bad weather, day and night. Each nail does real damage to the pole by allowing cracks to form and rain to get in, shortening its lifespan.
